A good example is showcased in another high-end development, the Pascoal Vita residential building, located in Alto da Lapa, a neighborhood in the western zone of São Paulo, a project by Idea!Zarvos.

Our main contribution to the project is the formwork for the slabs and beams. For this task, Kibloc load-bearing towers and ROHR aluminum beams come into play, offering a lightweight result that translates into better productivity and agility in all operations. In addition to these points, however, the client requested a special formwork solution for two exposed concrete pillars, one of the project's distinguishing features, which stands out for its architectural details. In order to meet this request, we presented the structured formwork, an ideal alternative for working with exposed concrete and a differentiated concept in the market to satisfy the architectural requirements of the project.

We know that the formwork design for the pillars, developed in conjunction with the client and the architects, combined with efficient service from our design and construction departments, made all the difference in this project, which stands out for its boldness. Thanks to the site's location, it was possible to build the building a good distance from other developments in the area, which favors aspects such as ventilation, lighting, and privacy for the 12 apartments in the residential building, which measure between 319 m² and 443 m². The apartments also have studios of 12 m² with a ceiling height of 3 m, which contributes to enhancing the home-like feeling of the entire project.

The residential building's engineering project also included a gym, steam room, dry sauna, relaxation room, massage room, and a 25-meter indoor swimming pool with a skylight for natural light in the common areas. Another highlight is the landscaping design, which establishes a dialogue aligned with the architecture, resulting in a design that softens the building's volume and establishes a relationship between the street and the various levels of the building. The elevated ground floor provides more privacy, especially for the units located on the lower levels.
