Considered an evolution of the tubular system, the ROHR Kibloc system offers advantages in the speed of its assembly and disassembly, through the simplification of the structure's nodes, and by eliminating the need for clamps and screws, since the connections of its components are made with quick and secure fittings, resulting in reduced labor. With nearly six decades of experience in the engineering field, ROHR participated in another project, this time in the building construction segment, focusing on the shoring, reshoring, and bracing of columns and beams to enable the construction of dozens of high-end homes in the interior of São Paulo state. With Epson Construções Personalizadas and JHSF Engenharia as clients, the project is expected to last six months and be completed in 2021.

Among the technologies used for the execution of the projects are the Kibloc system towers, V18 aluminum beams, V7,5 metal beams, and shoring. ROHR was also responsible for bracing the pillars and beams of the building, as well as the tie rods, nuts, and plumb shoring. The Kibloc system was also used for access to the construction site.

The availability and commitment to delivering the rented equipment, the technical support during project execution, the focus primarily on safety, the increased workforce productivity, and the reduction in execution times, made an initial project successful in assisting with the construction of six houses at Fazenda Boa Vista, a complex with a hotel, residences, and golf courses, located in the cities of Iperó and Porto Feliz, in the state of São Paulo, and will be expanded to include the construction of 26 more houses.
