Between October 28th and 31st, the ROHR branch in São Paulo held the 2024 Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents (SIPAT).

The event featured active participation from the team and reinforced our commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of all employees, creating a more welcoming work environment.

A week dedicated to health and safety at work.

During the four-day event, our employees had the opportunity to participate in lectures and activities that addressed essential topics focused on preventing workplace accidents and illnesses, preserving the physical and mental well-being of workers.

• Relationships and coexistence at work: Good interpersonal relationships in the workplace are essential for the success of any team, as they improve cooperation and mutual trust and help create a place where everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Mental health: We welcomed a specialist who provided insights on how to prevent, recognize, and treat signs of stress, anxiety, and other problems affecting mental health, encouraging employees to seek help when needed and to develop habits that promote self-care.
• Combating moral and sexual harassment: In addition to raising awareness about ways to prevent and combat harassment, we reinforce the importance of maintaining an open channel for reporting and support, encouraging the creation of a space where everyone feels safe and respected in their individuality.
• Techniques for reducing stress using humor: Humor is a powerful tool for reducing stress and making the environment more pleasant. In this lecture, our guest used humorous characters to convey serious and important information in a light and accessible way for everyone.

Accident and harassment prevention in the workplace.

In addition to discussing workplace accident prevention, SIPAT 2024 also focused on creating a work environment free from any form of harassment.

With its focus on preventing workplace and sexual harassment, the event aligned with the guidelines of NR 05 – CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident and Harassment Prevention), highlighting the importance of promoting a corporate environment based on respect and safety.
