Once again, ROHR is making its nearly 60 years of expertise available to the engineering field, this time in another building construction project. With JHSF Engenharia and Epson Construções Personalizadas as clients, the company offered Construction Engineering and Access solutions for the construction of two high-end towers, named Santa Mônica and Newport. These structures are part of a total of six towers in the Surf Lodge Hotel & Residences development, located in Boa Vista Village, a complex with a hotel, residences, and golf courses, built in Porto Feliz, a city 112 kilometers from São Paulo, in the Sorocaba region.

With a challenging construction schedule regarding equipment logistics, ROHR met all the project's demands with commitment and agility. The partnership already established with JHSF and Epson on other occasions allowed us to offer, as a differentiating factor, better project optimization in terms of logistics, in order to provide the best service for the construction. For the construction of the two Surf Lodge towers, ROHR provided services for slab and beam shoring, reshoring, and bracing of columns and beams.

Among the products we use in carrying out projects, we highlight:

– Shoring towers for the Kibloc system ;

– Main beams models VI18 in steel and EAV14 in aluminum, and steel joist beams VI07;

– Metal props made of steel and aluminum.
