When completed, the commercial development will have a total of six floors, spread over an area of 3.890 m². Currently, the project is in its structural phase, and the estimated duration for the completion of the entire construction is one year. Responsible for the pillar bracing and formwork operation, ROHR is participating in the construction with equipment such as the ETEM Tower, EVA18 model aluminum beams, V7,5 metal beams, as well as special shoring and formwork.
To get an idea of the project's scale, one only needs to look at the quantities offered by ROHR for this building. The construction of the commercial development will consume 74,8 tons of Rohr equipment, consisting of aluminum beams, metal beams, ETEM metal shoring, and 100% metal formwork.
