Poker Formwork System
The poker formwork system offers a high load capacity of 100 Kn/m2, ideal for pillar concreting. Working in a weather wane format, with this system it is possible for a single panel length to be able to meet pillar measurements ranging from 20cmx20cm to 85cmx85cm, always maintaining the load of 100Kn/m2. The system, in addition to needing a reduced number of accessories and being interchangeable with the Rohr FA formwork system, allows the concreting of the high pillars of the Poker Formwork System.
Rohr FAC curved formwork system allows the execution of curved elements in concrete by adapting its panels to the geometries of the structure. The panel, with its steel structure and contact surface in laminated plywood or metal sheet, provides excellent finishing to the concrete. The system is comprised of carts with various modulations, which streamlines the execution process for tunnels and arches.
Climbing formwork systems.
Rohr FAT Climbing formwork system, when used for two-sided formworks, enables the formwork user to move it away from the concreted surface, enabling its post-concretion cleaning, as well as the vertical movement of the set, offering user safety and speed in these operations of such formwork cycles. For the climbing system with one-face formworks, Rohr presents the TAR Self-porting climbing system, with reduced weight and steel plate or metallic plywood plate. This system offers an excellent finishing and ease vertical movement, which makes it ideal for dams and barrages built using the rolled concrete system, or large concrete blocks which prevent or make harder the use of two-faced formworks and tethers to contain the strain on the climbing formwork.
