The Ethics Hotline provided by ROHR aims to enable its members, suppliers, third parties, clients, and other collaborators to contribute information safely and responsibly to maintain a secure, ethical, transparent, and productive corporate environment.
The information recorded here will be treated with absolute confidentiality. All reports are analyzed, governed by confidentiality and independence, guaranteeing the anonymity of the reporters and the security of the investigation. If you wish to identify yourself, please include your contact information in the message.
For the misconduct to be properly investigated, the more details you provide, the easier it will be to verify your report.
Whenever possible, please inform us:
What is the violation situation? What would be the cause, reason, or stimulus for this situation to occur? How did, is, or will the violation of the Code of Conduct occur? Who are the people and/or companies involved or witnesses? When did the violation of the Code of Conduct occur? Where has the misconduct occurred, is occurring, or will occur? What are the values involved in the deviation, or how many times did the deviation occur? If evidence exists, where can we find it?We advise that even if your contribution is submitted through other channels (email, phone, personal contact, etc.), the registration should also be made through the Ombudsman's Office. This way, you will ensure that the report is recorded and that the necessary actions are taken.
