Scaffolding Assembly

ROHR offers efficient scaffolding systems, such as tubular steel scaffolding and the Kibloc multidirectional interlocking scaffolding, available in steel or aluminum. Learn about the advantages and assembly differences of each.

Steel Tubular System

The tubular steel system uses galvanized steel pipes, which act as uprights, crossbars, and diagonals, supported by a fixed or adjustable base plate to level the surface.

With standard or swivel clamps, the bars are fastened to each other, providing the joints in the structure for complete safety.

There is also a guardrail, for protection against falls.

The flooring and baseboards are made of aluminum, for complete flooring, using anchoring and corner brackets.

Access is via a ladder rung that includes an arched guardrail for complete protection.

Versatility and suitability, with a large load capacity.

The high versatility and suitability of the scaffolding system allow for its assembly even with horizontal obstructions in the plan or vertical obstructions at access levels.

Its load capacity is high, allowing it to be used in complex projects.

Kibloc Steel System

The multidirectional interlocking system, kibloc in galvanized steel, differs by means of the nodes, which are made by fixing the crossbars, diagonals and guardrail frames to the rosettes, each of which is welded to the uprights to lock the structure.

The flooring and baseboards are made of aluminum, for cladding purposes, including the guardrail for complete protection.

Access is via the ladder or the external staircase, protected by the arched guardrail.

Large load capacity and quick assembly and disassembly, with economy and high performance.

Made with recyclable materials, they are versatile and adapt to the implementation of the system in various types of formats, with a large load capacity.

The quick-release coupling makes assembly and disassembly fast, safe, and easy. Kibloc saves labor costs, reduces assembly and disassembly times, and increases the efficiency and profitability of the project.

Kibloc Aluminum System

The multidirectional interlocking system, kibloc in aluminum, has its structure mounted on a fixed or adjustable base plate, with crossbars connecting the posts, and diagonals and verticals to provide bracing.

The flooring and baseboards are made of aluminum, and can be fitted or simply laid on top for covering. The railings are frame-shaped and, due to their lightness, already include aluminum baseboards welded to them for complete protection.

Internal access is via a ladder and trapdoor, with a door leading to the tower.

External access is provided using a French-style bracket, with the trapdoor resting on it. The ladder and the arched railing are made of aluminum.

The entrance via the external access has a door that is locked, ensuring the safety of the scaffolding user.

Kibloc Aluminum Scaffolding

The Kibloc Aluminum Scaffolding weighs half as much as steel scaffolding per meter and offers a longer lifespan in harsh environments. It guarantees safety, strength, lightness, durability, and high productivity.

A complete system with few components, half the weight of steel scaffolding, and interlocking assembly, reducing the total man-hours of the services, assembly and disassembly times, and the final cost of the project.

Designed with extruded aluminum, it has a longer lifespan in harsh environments.

Fewer parts mean less waste during construction. With the same team, many more scaffolding can be assembled per day , resulting in less physical fatigue for the assemblers and greater safety, offering the best cost-benefit ratio.

The focus is on safety, strength, lightness, durability, and high productivity.
