This is the case, for example, in another high-end residential project being built in Brasília, Federal District, for SQNW 303A Empreendimentos Imobiliários.
With a projected duration of two years, the housing project began in 2020 and covers an area of 10.558 m². To ensure everything goes according to plan, ROHR provides the best options for bracing the pillars and the metal formwork for the beams and slabs of the future apartments, guaranteeing more space and comfort for the residents when everything is finished. We are still working to offer our excellence and, with that, ensure the expected results for the project.
An example of our contribution to this project, guaranteed by ROHR's traditional knowledge and technology, was the adoption of a tower to further expedite the assembly of the beam formwork used in the building's metal shoring. For the slab shoring, towers and props were supplied to optimize construction costs. The commitment of each of our employees is always focused on our clients' results. The project scope received our supervision and technical assistance, in addition to the rental of our equipment and monitoring of executive projects and the so-called technical responsibility annotations (ART). It is possible to better understand the dimensions of the project, as well as all the complexity involved, when we observe the ROHR products used. For this undertaking, aluminum beams and metal beams were supplied. In addition, the construction also received 253 tons of ETEM metal shoring.
