ROHR FAS Formwork System
It consists of a steel-framed panel with a contact surface made of special steel or 18mm plywood.
It provides speed and quality in the execution of large-scale structures. Due to its strength and size, fewer tie rod points are used, reducing assembly and disassembly costs and times;
It withstands concrete pouring pressure of 60 to 80 kN/m².

Applications
Benefits
- Durable and lightweight panels;
- Panels with large dimensions, 1,50m and 3,00m in height, reducing the number of panel connection accessories and the labor required for assembly and disassembly;
- The robustness of the panels allows for the formation of large areas of panels in this form, which can be cycled between sections of the construction, without the need for assembly and disassembly for each cycle;
- The large format of the panels reduces the visible joints between them, improving the appearance of the finished concrete.
Features
- Maximum pressure on the panel: 60 to 80 kN/m²
- Large format panels:
- 1,50m high and various widths from 0,20m to 1,20m
- 3,00m high and various widths from 0,20m to 2,00m
- Use of fewer tie rods per m², type DYWIDAG, with more than double the load capacity of common tie rods.
- Performa uses fewer tie rods per m², reducing the number of holes and marks to be repaired in the concrete and the amount of labor required for formwork construction.
