Climbing Formwork System
The ROHR FAT Climbing Formwork System, when used for double-sided formwork, allows the user to move the formwork away from the concrete surface, enabling post-concreting cleaning and vertical movement of the assembly, thus providing greater safety for the user and speeding up concreting cycles.
For single-sided formwork climbing systems, ROHR presents the Self-Supporting Climbing System, TAR, which features reduced weight and a steel or plywood sheet.
The system provides an excellent finish and ease of vertical movement, making it ideal for dams built using the roller-compacted concrete system, or for large concrete blocks that prevent or hinder the use of double-sided formwork and tiebacks to contain the stresses in climbing formwork.

Applications
Benefits
- Its parts are detachable, making handling, storage and assembly easier;
- They offer solutions with one or two mold faces;
- They meet the needs of heavy construction projects, such as: dams, locks, canals and large-scale pillars;
- It allows for the movement of the entire formwork assembly and climbing system between cycles, fully assembled, reducing lead times and costs.
Features
- Concrete Pouring Height: Up to 2,55 m
- Maximum pressure on the panel: 30 kN/m²
- Scaffolding Load Capacity: 1,50 kN/m²
- The structural elements, fasteners, anchors, and scaffolding comply with the requirements of Brazilian standards.
- Use of fewer tie rods per m², type DYWIDAG, with more than double the load capacity of common tie rods.
- Performa uses fewer tie rods per m², reducing the number of holes and marks to be repaired in the concrete and the amount of labor required for formwork construction.
