T30 and R300 Truss System
Trusses designed to span large open spaces. Manufactured from high-strength steel in modules of varying lengths, this equipment can be used in walkways, level crossings, bridges, viaducts, elevations, and on terrain with difficult support requirements.
The R-300 truss consists of modular elements of 0,30 m; 1,70 m; 3,00 m; 4,50 m and 6,00 m that allow for the creation of various lengths to span different distances. The assembly of the R-300 on the construction site is generally done using equipment such as cranes, truck-mounted cranes, etc.
Similarly, the T-30 truss is composed of modular elements of 2,00 m, 3,00 m, and 6,00 m, which allow for the composition of lengths to span free spans. The assembly of the T-30 is similar to that of the R-300.

Applications
Benefits
- It makes it possible to span large gaps;
- High load capacity;
- It allows the movement of pre-assembled modules, using cranes, between similar spans, eliminating the steps of disassembly, horizontal and vertical movements, and reassembly.
Features
T-30 TRUSS
- Load capacity (excluding its own weight):
- From 0,65 to 4,95 tf/m (as per project)
- Height at the axis of the chords: 2,10 m
- Total height: 2,246 m
- Weight per meter of truss: 0,15 tf/m
R-300 Truss
- Load capacity (excluding its own weight):
- From 1,18 to 5,28 tf/m (as per project)
- Allowable moment: 150 tf xm
- Height at the axis of the chords: 2,00 m
- Total height: 2,14 m
- Weight per meter of truss: 0,15 tf/m
- Deflection at mid-span (load 1,00 tf/m):
- 0,35 to 7,50 cm (variable depending on the span used)
