ROHR was present at an important project in the pharmaceutical sector, the construction of a new industrial plant for Biolab, in Pouso Alegre, MG.
The project, which aims to increase the company's production capacity by more than 100%, required ROHR to provide solutions in metal formwork , shoring , scaffolding , and access stairs.
Among the products chosen, we highlight the use of ETEM shoring towers , aluminum and wood beams, Kibloc scaffolding and multidirectional interlocking ladders , aluminum floors and baseboards, and HF metal formwork.
As a key differentiator of the project, the versatility and high productivity of HF Forms were highlighted. With the highest modularity on the market, foundation blocks, pillars, beams, walls, and reservoirs were created, drastically reducing the use of plywood on the construction site.
Furthermore, we demonstrated that thanks to the high load capacity of the ETEM towers and their ease of assembly, it would be possible to reduce the volume of equipment and increase the productivity of the assembly team, enabling the client to achieve considerable cost reductions in labor.
We can also highlight in this project the benefits offered to the client through the Kibloc ROHR multidirectional interlocking steel scaffolding, assembled with aluminum floors and baseboards, as they offer greater productivity and ease in assembling access structures.
ROHR successfully overcame all the challenges presented, rigorously respecting and complying with the quality, safety, and deadline requirements demanded by the project coordination.
