Shoring of slabs and beams with ROHR rack and pinion elevator in Francisco Morato

With nearly six decades of history and excellent services provided to the development of engineering, ROHR is present in yet another project in the building sector. Developed by Verticale Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, Ideale Morato is a 21-story tower being erected in the central region of Francisco Morato, a municipality in Greater São Paulo.
This project requires various engineering solutions for construction and access. It features a double-height entrance hall and ramps providing access to the basement levels. Additionally, the construction of the building's shoring occupies a confined space. When completed, the tower will have 64 units.
At Ideale Morato, ROHR participates by providing shoring for slabs and beams, as well as reshoring and bracing services for columns and beams. To ensure all this is done expertly, equipment such as ROHR metal shoring , the ETEM shoring tower system , VI18 and VA14 aluminum metal main beams , and VI07 metal joist beams are used.
This project also featured a ROHR rack and pinion elevator , used to transport materials and people over a height of 70 meters.
