ROHR was involved in a project providing diverse solutions in Construction Engineering and Access for the client of the Vértice Caieiras construction project. The construction of two towers, one residential and the other commercial, required a large volume of equipment for shoring, reshoring, and bracing of columns and beams, as well as two rack and pinion elevators.

Faced with this challenge, our team proposed an innovative and highly effective solution. We opted for a project that combined the best of each available piece of equipment, such as the Kibloc and Etem systems , V14 and V18 Aluminum Beams , V7,5 and V18 Metal Beams, Metal Props , and Aluminum Props, resulting in a customized combination of ROHR equipment. This unique approach not only met the specific needs of the project but also ensured efficiency in terms of performance and safety.

The project included shoring up slabs and beams, reshoring when necessary, as well as bracing columns and beams. A crucial aspect was the installation of two rack and pinion elevators, one in the commercial tower and the other in the residential tower, to facilitate the transport of materials and personnel in such a complex work site.
